Ian Gualdani

BIOGRAPHY
He was born in Florence in 1996. In 2016, he graduated from the International Linguistic High School Machiavelli-Capponi, where he studied French, English, and German.
From 2013 to 2016, he attended the Corso di Avviamento all’Espressione Mimica di Orazio Costa in Teatro della Pergola. In 2016, he moved to Milan where he studied two years Jacques Lecoq’s Theatrical Method with Marina Spreafico and Kuniaki Ida in Teatro Arsenale. Since 2022, he studied in Scuola Cònia, a study program with Claudia Castellucci.
From 2018 to 2020, he worked as a Physical Theater Trainer during the FITMO in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) and the International Colloquium in Niamey (Niger).
He approached contemporary dance and performative arts with Er Gao, Benoit Lachambre, and Ricardo Rubio at Fabbrica Europa (Florence), Valentin Tszin at Alte Münze (Berlin), Michele di Stefano and Gruppo MK at Teatro India (Rome), Adrienn Hód and Angelica Liddell at Biennale College (Venice).
